Herz Jesu Parish Hall, Ingolstadt
As an extension to the listed concrete church, which dates back to 1963, the new parish hall characterises the look and feel of the building with its traditionalist design and layout. Striking: Concrete grey and deliberately accentuated areas of colour.
The elongated, rectangular building looks simple and slimline from the outside. The architectural style is consistently maintained in the interior. Grey exposed concrete and warm parquet flooring correspond to the coloured concrete surfaces. The exposed concrete has been glazed with a covered orange-red from the faceal Colour colour chart. 70 m2 are offset in this pleasant colour. In addition to this, 20 m2 of exposed concrete has been reworked in concrete grey.
